When I'm with my daughter and we can't figure out where to go, Panera is always a good pick. They have a kids meals that isn't too expensive and with options she likes.

My 2 yr old ordered the Mac and cheese and I got the turkey with apple and cheese half sandwich and  the broccoli cheddar soup. It was yum!

I recommend the location at the mall because you can always do some shopping at the same time!

This place is really hit and miss. Some days we get great service and wait staff that really appear to know and enjoy what they're doing. Other times it's a Burger King atmosphere with trendy salads and sandwiches.
We like the salads as soup/sandwich combos. The tea variations are nice, too.
It's in the mail, so it gets ample traffic throughout the day. It's especially busy at the height of lunch hour, so plan accordingly.
We will probably come back just because the food is not bad and, as mentioned earlier, sometimes we really get exceptional service.

Listen....I've been to Panera THREE TIMES on this road trip. I'm stunned at how well they are maintained. The employees are so friendly and helpful.  There is an extensive menu that is full of wonderful options for different dietary needs. I love the food here as it is wonderful fare at a perfectly affordable price point. Kudos to management here and to the employees that make this experience so awesome. I will probably always look for one of these whenever I'm moving about the I live in, its neighboring cities, or cities all over the country. It is my hope that they don't change.  Like ever. I almost always have the Frontega sandwich with added bacon and arugula. I always opt for the chips (one of 3 side order choices) and I'm good to go with a water. I've since had the Strawberry Poppyseed salad which is bright, fresh, crisp, and refreshing. I'm not sure if it will be available for very much longer what with Fall being here, but I sure would love to have just one more before they take it off the menu. I'm also excited to see what comes this fall.

I enjoy ordering from Panera and their food is always good. However, I placed an order for delivery and didn't receive any of my sides. I called right when I noticed this and the manager said that she would send out another driver with my sides. I agreed. 45 minutes had gone by and I still had not received my items. I like 2 miles from the bakery. When I called a second time the manager said that she sent the driver out and didn't know where they were. I asked for a refund on my upcharged side items and was told thy couldn't do that. I told her to just not have them brought to me as we couldn't wait any longer before our soup started getting cold. All she did was say she would write my name down for a free fruit cup next time I ordered as they were busy with other things. Worst experience.

I will start by saying, I do not visit many chain restaurants but I had a stomach bug, wanted soup, Panera was nearby and open. I ordered the chicken noodle with toast. The soup was pretty good for a chain, bread was yummy. The soup was lukewarm though, site problem not Panera. I then ordered a bagel and latte. Both really good but took forever. Another site problem. This Panera is at the mall. Go to a different location. Only 3 stars because it is a chain. Sorry Panera.
